Global Policy Making + International Relations + Business Strategy & Management + Leadership
Two internationally acclaimed universities, three of the world's most respected graduate schools, four richly diverse continents, six intensely challenging international modules, and the unquantifiable value of your peers' insights, experiences and passions. These are the building blocks of the Georgetown-ESADE Global Executive MBA (GEMBA).
GEMBA Legacy (www.gembalegacy.org) is an initiative launched in July 2015 by the 7th cohort of the Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) Program at Georgetown University and ESADE Business School. They wanted to organize themselves to have a class gift and decided to open this platform as a channel to facilitate their commitment with social causes as a group, starting with a project, but aiming to generate a sustainable way to keep embodying their desires for change.
GEMBA participants are typically seasoned, high-potential individuals with a strong capacity for leadership. With extremely diverse backgrounds and careers across several industries, GEMBA participants complement each other, enhancing your personal and professional networks and global perspective.
We are looking for a diverse group of men and women from a variety of nationalities and backgrounds, including the humanities and natural sciences. A business background is not required but all applicants should have a current international job profile and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a capacity for leadership.
Those holding a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university are eligible for consideration for admission. In addition, applicants should have 10 years postgraduate professional experience and have the quantitative aptitude needed to succeed in this rigorous program.
Considerations will also be given for a very few number of exceptional applicants who did not complete their undergraduate degrees but have demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, managed large scale organizations and have proven track record of career progressions.
