Applied Case Studies in Advanced and Advancing Economies


In this integrative course, participant teams will focus on the development and analysis of a series of applied case studies to:

 Understand innovative processes in established and emerging firms.
 Apply industry- and market-analysis frameworks and tools to identify and assess attractive opportunities.
 Shadow executives from a range of industries in Moscow to analyze their leadership. Contrast these styles with the management styles of those in advanced economies.
