Gujarat Elections 2022: The campaign for the Gujarat assembly elections is in full swing. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Aam Aadmi Party convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will address election rallies in Gujarat on Monday. PM Narendra Modi is on a three-day election tour of Gujarat from 19 to 21 November. Rahul Gandhi is coming to Gujarat on 21 November. Arvind Kejriwal is reaching Gujarat on Sunday. Kejriwal will campaign till November 22.

On Monday, the leaders of all the three major parties present in the election field will campaign for the candidates of their respective parties in Gujarat.

In view of the Gujarat assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a three-day tour of the state from Saturday. During this he will address eight meetings in the state. He will again visit Gujarat on 23 and 24 November. PM Modi will visit and worship at Somnath temple at 10:15 am on Sunday. After this there will be four election meetings in Veraval, Dhauraji, Amreli and Botad. There will be a public meeting in Veraval at 11 am, in Dhauraji at 12:45 pm, in Amreli at 2:30 pm and in Botad at 6:15 pm. Prime Minister Modi will then go to Gandhi Nagar. He will have three election meetings on Monday. He will address election meetings at Surendra Nagar at 12 noon, Jambusar at 2 pm and Navsari at 4 pm.

PM Modi will address four meetings on November 23 during his next visit to Gujarat. They will hold meetings in Mehsana, Dahod, Vadodara and Bhavnagar. He will address two election meetings on 24 November. These meetings will be held in Palanpur and Dahegam.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will address two public meetings on November 21 at Rajkot in Gujarat and Mahuva in Surat. Rahul Gandhi is currently leading the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’, which is currently passing through Maharashtra and will enter Madhya Pradesh on November 20. According to Raghu Sharma, MLA from Rajasthan and Gujarat in-charge of Congress, former party president Rahul Gandhi will come to Rajkot and Mahuva in South Gujarat to address public meetings on November 21.

Rahul Gandhi will come on Gujarat tour after two and a half months. He addressed a rally of booth-level workers in Ahmedabad on September 5, before proceeding to lead the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ that started from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu on September 7.

Voting for the two-phase assembly elections in Gujarat will be held on December 5, while the counting of votes will take place on December 8.
