Prepare semolina ladoos like this-
To make semolina laddus, first heat ghee in a pan and fry the semolina for a few minutes. After sometime add 1 cup all purpose flour and fry both together till the aroma starts coming from the mixture. Keep running it continuously. After some time you will see that the color of the mixture you have prepared is slowly changing. Finally, take out this mixture in a vessel and let it cool down. When this mixture cools down, add dry fruits and powdered sugar and mix it well. Now give them the shape of laddus. Your sooji ladoos are ready.
