The ministry said that educational videos on ‘How to register’ and ‘How to appear’ in the online entrance test have been uploaded on the Join Indian Army website and YouTube.
The fee for Online CEE is Rs.500 per candidate. In this, 50 percent of it will be borne by the Indian Army. During the online registration of the application, the candidates will have to pay Rs.250. They may also give five options to appear in the online CEE.
The changed process will focus on enhanced cognitive aspects during recruitment and result in wider and better reach across the country, the statement said. This will also reduce the crowd in recruitment rallies and reduce the number of candidates going for medical examination.
