Voting for all 250 wards will be held on Sunday for the MCD elections in Delhi. This time the triangular contest is between BJP, Aam Aadmi Party and Congress. There are 1,349 candidates in the fray in the MCD elections. The polling will run from 8 am to 5.30 pm and the results will be out on December 7. MCD was established in 1958. In 2012, during the tenure of the then Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, it was divided into three parts, North, South and East Delhi Municipal Corporations, although all three have been united again this year. BJP has been in power in MCD for 15 years.
