Here, a 61-year-old man named Alan Wood had ordered a laptop from online shopping site Amazon to give his daughter a Christmas gift, which costs Rs 1.2 lakh, but when the parcel reached his house, he was surprised to see it. He was left because instead of the laptop, two packets of dog food were delivered to him by the company.

Allen contacted the company and talked about giving a refund, but at first the company refused to give a refund, but later when the company realized its mistake, the employees apologized to Allen and also their Refunded the money too.

According to the report, Allen says that he has been using Amazon for the last 20 years and has been ordering goods from online shopping only, but there has never been any problem. Only this time such an incident happened with him.
