More Than 1 Lakh People Reached The International Trade Fair In 2 Days, Know What Is Special This Time


According to ITPO Chairman Pradeep Singh Kharola, so far more than 1 lakh people have come to the fair in these two days. At the same time, now this number will increase further.

Answering the question of what is special in the fair, he said that Ladakh’s stall has also been set up in this time’s trade fair. Ladakh has participated in the trade fair this year after joining the UT 3 years ago. People are also liking the stuff there.

At the same time, Bihar, Jharkhand and Maharashtra are the participating states in the trade fair, while Uttar Pradesh and Kerala have been given the status of focus states. 29 states and union territories have participated in the fair. Along with this, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Belarus, Iran, Nepal, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Vietnam, China, Tunisia, Lebanon, Turkey have also participated in the fair.

Let us tell you that this time the Department of Science and Technology has also launched its products in the trade fair, which includes stents for heart. The cost of stent which starts from 40-50 thousand rupees in hospitals, the same stent is available in fair for 15-20 thousand only. Along with this, the general public will not have to empty their pockets much due to the products made in the health sector of India.

On the other hand, if you are also fond of music and art, then you will get to hear cultural music of every state in the fair. Along with this, the food corner prepared by every state will also be available to taste the traditional food of that state.

If you have made a plan to visit the trade fair, then you can take its ticket online or from the metro station as well. Entry to the fair is free for senior citizens and differently-abled. Along with this, shuttle from Pragati Maidan metro station also takes you to the fair free of cost.

At the same time, there is also an arrangement for e-rickshaws for senior citizens. From 10 am to 7.30 pm, you can visit the trade fair till 26 November. At the same time, it will be closed only at 4.30 pm on 27 November i.e. the last day.
