Schemes Are Not For Vote Bank But A Means To Achieve Self-Reliance: Yogi Adityanath

Addressing the Bhoomi Poojan program of Mahamana Shikshan Sansthan Balika Prakalp of Bhaurao Deoras Seva Nyas, Yogi Adityanath said that the double engine government is running many schemes in the state to make the society self-reliant.

He said, “We have launched Abhyudaya Coaching for boys and girls, through which children are getting physical and virtual coaching free of cost. This time there were 43 children in the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission who were associated with Abhyudaya and were selected.”

The Chief Minister said, “The fourth phase of the Prime Minister’s Skill Mission is about to begin. We have to prepare our youth for this. It is necessary to make all the schemes a part of the curriculum so that after getting the degree the youth do not have to wander here and there.

Adityanath said, “India’s tradition has always been of self-reliance. Earlier our village and society were self-sufficient. Their dependence on the government was minimum, when the society will move forward and the government will follow it, then the society will be self-sufficient and self-reliant.

He said that during the period of slavery, efforts were made to end our sense of pride. This was the reason why our big centers of faith and education were destroyed. The Amrit Mahotsav of Independence is the first such national festival which was celebrated and associated with the whole country.

In the program, the Chief Minister honored three teachers of the institute and students who got success in competitive examinations in their first attempt for higher education after 12th. He also released the first souvenir of the project. Based on the life of Mahamana Madan Mohan Malaviya, this souvenir has articles by eminent scholars of the country.
