Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni on Saturday imposed a lockdown in two districts following the rising outbreak of Ebola. He has ordered night curfew and closure of public places. The Health Ministry says that 19 people have died and 58 cases have been confirmed since Ebola first spread on September 20. Officials say that the most affected are the central districts of Mubende and Kasanda districts. However, despite the test positive of a husband and wife, it has not reached the capital of Kampala with a population of 15 lakhs.
